Physical Description: Monica could be described as beautiful, if you were okay with her lacking the classically good looks. Her skin is much paler than most of the people in her district, a more creamy alabaster than a beautiful tan. Her structure is doll-like, with her petite frame and her Barbie-like skinniness. Her face is composed of a heart-shaped face, with huge pale sea-foam eyes, framed with long dark lashes. Reddish hair tumbles down her back in thick ringlets though the mid-waist length curls are usually pinned back and away from her face. A sprinkle of freckles decorate her pale cheeks, and often times a light sunburn can be found upon her shoulders.
